Annual Ad Set-Up Fee:

$250 (per restaurant; covers all plans)

Revision Policy:

No free revisions are included. Up to two minor edits may be requested at $50 per revision—minor includes text tweaks, stock image swaps, or simple layout changes. Major changes require a new ad order or custom quote.

Limits:

No live or custom restaurant photos or videos. All design uses stock and AI-generated content for speed, consistency, and affordability.

Gift Card Processing Fee:

Every card issued incurs a $5.95 processing fee.

Example Agreement Clause:

"Tasty Exchange will create and deliver a digital ad using proprietary AI tools and licensed stock assets at its sole creative discretion. Up to two minor revisions per ad may be requested (each billed at $50). Additional requests or major changes may require a new order. Live or custom photography is not included."

Eligibility and Important Rules

  • Students must be subscribed to CampusNIL and attend a college within 25 miles of the restaurant.

  • Only one E-Gift Card Cash Credit per student per month; cannot redeem from the same restaurant within 90 days.

  • E-Gift Card Cash Credits must be redeemed within 6 months; unredeemed credits are withdrawn and redistributed, unless specifically prohibited by laws of the state

Dispute Policy

  • All disputes are handled by CampusNIL gift card issuing company

  • Do not contact restaurants about credits or eligibility questions—the gift card issuing company  manages all resolutions.

Audit & Compliance

CampusNIL staff monitor and audit all redemptions. While the eGift Card will not display a restaurant name, each student selects a specific restaurant during the redemption process. Using multiple email accounts or attempting to redeem the eGift Card at a restaurant other than the one chosen will result in student suspension from the program.
