Gift Card Refund Policy

Overview

CampusNIL converts 100% of each restaurant’s monthly advertising spend ($100–$600) into gift cards distributed to verified college students near the business, guaranteeing that all ad dollars are utilized for local engagement.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Verified billing or payment processing errors on the advertiser’s account.

  • Administrative or platform error that prevented gift card delivery.

  • Campaign services that did not launch (no gift cards distributed and no ads displayed).

Partial refunds may be considered if requested before campaign activation.

2. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Campaigns already launched or partially/fully fulfilled.

  • Changes in business preference, marketing goals, or closure after campaign initiation.

  • Dissatisfaction with redemption rates or student engagement following distribution.

  • Campaigns that met agreed advertising visibility or placement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@campusnil.com within 14 days of payment.

  • Each request is reviewed within 10 business days.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Program Adjustments

If technical or platform issues impact your campaign, CampusNIL may offer credit or campaign extension before issuing a refund to ensure full value delivery.
